Bio

Redouane is one of Algeria’s longest-standing and most celebrated Metal musicians. Over the course of over two decades his relentless output as an artist has put Algeria on the map as one of the hotspots for emerging metal music. He first made a name for himself as the bassist of Algeria’s first ever extreme metal act “Neanderthalia'' in the late 90’s and has went on to pioneer the first Algerian metal album with the band “Lithiam”. Soon forming “Carnavage” in 2004, the world's first Algerian grindcore band.

These days Redouane is known as the front man for “Lelahell”, one of the hardest death metal bands coming out of Algeria right now. Fusing bone-shakingly deathly vocal growls with hard-hitting riffs and exoticly infectious melodies, the band have been growing a steady following in the ten-of-thousands worldwide. To date, they have put out two full length albums, each with their own unique sound. With every release, the band likes to experiment with different sounds so no one album sounds the same — always bringing something new to the table with every track they put out.
