Updating your Safe Senders list #

To ensure you receive emails from Tunedly, including your login emails and project updates, please add tunedly.com to your list of safe senders. If you have trouble receiving emails from Tunedly after following these instructions, contact support.

Hotmail, Windows, and MSN #

There are two ways to add sender email addresses to your allow list in Hotmail Live, Windows Live and MSN.

Check the Junk Folder #

If an email from Tunedly has ended up in your junk folder:

  1. Click “Show Content” to view the body of the email.
  2. Click “mark as safe”.
  3. The sender (most likely [email protected] or [email protected]) will be added to your list of safe senders and all future emails should go to your inbox.

Manually Add the Sender to Your Safe List #

If an existing email from Tunedly hasn’t already been caught in your spam folder, you can manually add it to your allow list.

  1. Click on “Options” in the upper right corner of your Hotmail screen.
  2. Then click the link for “Safe and Blocked Senders” in the body of the page under Junk e-mail.
  3. Click the “Safe Senders” link and enter the email address you want to allow: [email protected].
  4. Click “Add” to put it on your list.
  5. Repeat for the address [email protected], or add the domain tunedly.com to allow all emails from Tunedly (recommended).

Google Mail (“Gmail”) #

You can add email addresses to your allow list in Gmail, also known as Google Mail, in two different ways.

Check the Spam Folder #

First, check your Spam folder. If you see an email there from Tunedly, please add it to your allow list by highlighting the email and clicking on the “Not Spam” button. Future emails from Tunedly should now automatically go to your inbox.

You can use the second option if you haven’t yet received an email from Tunedly.

Create a Filter #

You can create a filter to automatically send emails from certain domains to your inbox.

  1. Sign in to your gmail.com account.
  2. On the upper right, click the cog icon, and then click “Settings”.
  3. Click “Filters and Blocked Addresses” and then click “Create a new filter”.
  4. In “Domain” or “From”, type “tunedly.com”.
  5. Click “Create filter with this search”.
  6. In “When a message arrives that matches this search” select “Never send it to spam”.
  7. Click the “Create filter” button.
